(World CARP Visayas) is a tax exempt, non-stock, non-profit, non-government organization duly registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission Office with SEC Reg. No. CN200625300 dated March 15, 2006. BIR Tax Exempt Status is dated April 25, 2007.

VISION STATEMENT
World CARP is an international forerunner of young leaders who transform the world to be one God-centered human family.

MISSION STATEMENT
World CARP is an international campus-based organization that raises young leaders of character who live for the greater good and build a culture of true love.
We strive for personal excellence through challenging our limitations and practicing a principled lifestyle.
We believe that enduring relationships, based on the model of true family, will build toward lasting peace within the larger community and the world.
Through serving the campus community, we advocate and develop moral, ethical relationships in preparation for family life and career.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The purpose for which the association is formed is to provide an avenue for the training and equipping of idealistic young leaders with leadership and management competencies, and educate them to become conscientious, responsible and competent leaders of society.

Furthermore, the association aims:

To set up chapters in campuses where young student leaders can practice and hone their leadership competencies by organizing and spearheading various student activities.
To help young people face and solve the challenges posed by rampant immorality, wide spread drug abuse and conflict starting with the family, the campus, community and country.
To provide tutorial services and research assistance for students to excel academically.
To foster fellowship, acquaintances, and exchange of ideas with students and professors from other schools not only in the country but also around the globe.
To ignite the spirit of patriotism and service to the campus and the country through organizing poverty and hunger alleviation projects, environment protection and conservation programs.
To put up student centers where student leaders can avail of cheap student services and facilities like library, internet access, etc.
